Level One:
Up to 100 Guests

Includes the following:
  • Venue property rental, including the main house, for up to 10 hours
  • Outside rehearsal practice for up to two hours
  • Event management, meets with you three times prior to the wedding
  • Additional staff for the wedding
  • Engagement pictures may be taken on the property with appointment
  • Seating for the ceremony and reception
  • Round tables for dinner reception
  • Fire pit

100 to 150 Guests

Includes the following:

150 to 200 Guests

  • Seating for the ceremony and reception

Pricing  for Special Events

Special Events begin at $350 for up to 50 people for four hours  

Includes the following:

  • Seating accommodations including tables and chairs
  • Event space on patio 
  • Fire Pit
We also have four patio heaters and two 10x30 tents available for rent.

Note: Grand Oaks Estate is available for special events on Monday-Thursday. Weekend dates are subject to limited availability and are only available if you are booking within three months of your event date. Contact us for exact pricing, details, and to inquire about your date.
Wedding Booking Details:
  • Three payments over time make it easy for budgeting.
  • The first payment is due at the time of booking to secure a date.
  • Final payment is due one month prior to the wedding. 
  • There is a $500 security deposit due one week prior to a wedding. It will be fully refunded if there are no damages to the house or grounds.
